Kathy has lived in the valley of the sun for over 7 years. A Seattle native, she's owned and managed rental properties in Seattle and the greater Phoenix area. When she's not immersed in the real estate market, she enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 boys & dog, Harvey, the Big Red Lab. You'll find them hiking in Flagstaff, biking the valley, or boating on Lake Pleasant.

Kathy has always been interested in the real estate industry. In the early 2000's, she worked at Washington Mutual Bank and witnessed first-hand the collapse of the largest savings and loan association in the United States. Kathy enjoys studying the trends of the business and helping her clients navigate the real estate market.
